Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted. First and foremost, you MUST have training to ship Hazardous Materials through the United States mailing system - as regulated by the DOT. Without them, there is no way for you to legally ship us your product.
However, if you find your order was shipped in error please email email@example.com with all the relevant details including photos i.e. pics of gallon(s) and invoice or packing slip, so that we can visually see the mistake. Once received and verified, replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
We do reserve the right to deny requests for additional product if we feel the request holds no merit or is fraudulent in nature.
